The Pryor Family
This session was an answer to prayer. God is faithful. God hears our prayers. He loves us and chooses us.
It was July 4, 2016 when Samantha first approached me and asked me to start praying for her and Michael. She came to me asking if I could pray that God would bless them with a child. They were hoping to start their journey of parenthood. God didn’t say, “No,” to Samantha and Michael; He said, “Yes, but you will need to wait on My timing.”
Finally after a long season of waiting, in November of 2020 Michael and Samatha brought their beautiful daughter home! Baby Brooklyn was chosen by God, and Michael and Samantha were called to be her father and mother.
Brooklyn is perfectly beautiful, perfect in size, and has been prayed for and loved even before she was conceived. God knows her. God sees her. God chose her to be with the Pryors to demonstrate His love for His children. God hears our prayers, He knows our calling, and He knows what is best for us even when we do not understand.
Now, we see Brooklyn and we understand. She is living proof that God is faithful. What an amazing example of how incredible it is to be God’s child!
This photoshoot was an honor to capture, and I’m so thankful to have been able to see the Pryors smiling from ear to ear because of the joy their daughter brings them.
After our beautiful nursery session, we made our way to downtown Manassas, VA. The joy on their faces never went away during this whole shoot.
Congratulations, Micheal and Samantha! I am so happy to have a new little cousin in the family! I am deeply grateful that you both have let me and my little family into your lives and you’ve been able to share your parenthood story with us. Much love to you all!
