The smiles, the joy on people’s faces, the beauty in Chloe’s eyes spoke volumes when I photographed Chloe’s first birthday party.
Baby Chloe was born at the beginning of the pandemic. I could only imagine babies born during the pandemic thinking, “Why are there more people here besides Mom and Dad?!” But Chloe had a smile from ear to ear as her family and friends gathered together to celebrate her first year of life. I’m grateful for the COVID vaccine so her family could gather and celebrate such a beautiful life.
After such a hard year, Chloe got to be with her family and got to be celebrated for the beautiful little girl she is. Even in hard times, there is beauty. Chloe is proof of that!
