Meghan is an amazing health coach. She advises and encourages women to break free from the monotony of dieting. Instead she teaches them a better way to nourish themselves so they can feel confident and comfortable in their own bodies. Isn’t this such an important lesson for us to learn?
Just meeting Meghan and following her on Instagram has personally encouraged me to move my body for 20 minutes a day so I can feel my best at the start of the day! She’s so encouraging and kind to her clients, and her beautiful family.
